Bookings open every Sunday at 2pm for sessions taking place the following weekend.

This lets us adapt to weather conditions, since our sessions take place entirely outdoors.

That's why we don't publish slots several weeks in advance — it lets us offer sessions in the best possible conditions.

For our villa sessions, you get access to a premium setting, green spaces, and everything that comes with practising outdoors.

On the other hand, this also means no access to showers or changing rooms.

So plan to arrive already dressed and ready to practise!

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the session starts, to settle in, breathe, and get into the mood for class.

If you're more than 10 minutes late, entry can no longer be allowed: warming up is essential for your safety and out of respect for the group.
